Designing shops is an art. Talking to the centre designer, coming up with colours and materials we do the lot for you. Until you have an “Approved” design stamped on your plans the designs won’t cost you any more than the small upfront fee, which means that after the 3rd issue it won’t cost you anymore.
Council submissions, sub trades including signage, electrical, plumbing, floor coverings, joinery, glazing, painting and many more, are all submitted for your approval. You can be involved in every aspect or just leave it to us. We are there to help.
